Mocha Smoothie
Energizing and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop MUSCLE MILK® Genuine powder, chocolate flavor
- ½ cup coconut water- unflavored
- 1 T instant coffee granules (Decaf or Reg)
- 1/2 T cocoa powder
- 1/4 inch piece fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Sea salt to taste (and to help replace your electrolytes, optional)
- Ice (adjust according to thickness preference)
Directions
- Add Ingredients to blender.
- Mix until blended.
- Enjoy.
