Protein Packed Chai Latte
Warm up after your cool-down with this cozy protein-packed latte.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch ground pepper
- 1 bag of black tea
- 1 (11.16 FL OZ) bottle Muscle Milk Zero Vanilla Crème Protein Shake
- 1 shot of espresso (optional)
Directions
- Prepare the chai spice mix: Combine cinnamon, cardamom, ginger allspice, cloves and black pepper. Mix well until incorporated.
- Pour muscle milk into a small saucepan. Heat, stirring often util it reaches a gentle boil. Remove from heat and add black tea. Let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk in ½ teaspoon of prepared chai spice mix.
- Pour into a mug. Add espresso (optional) and serve immediately.
