Protein Packed Chocolate Maple Nut Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 Scoops Muscle Milk Pro Series Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine the maple syrup, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well to combine and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour the wet ingredients on top of the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Transfer to a parchment-lined pan. Sprinkle peanuts and pecans on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 30 minutes then cut into squares and enjoy. Store brownies in an airtight container.
