Protein Packed Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop Muscle Milk Genuine Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup strawberries for serving
Directions
- Place almond flour, Muscle Milk and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug. Stir well to combine. Add the butter, honey, and egg and stir thoroughly until a thick batter has formed.
- Microwave for 60-75 seconds (time will vary based on the power of your microwave) or until cakes puff up and spring back to the touch. Remove from microwave and let cool slightly. Top with strawberries and serve immediately.
