Protein Packed Strawberry Overnight Oats

Prep these protein-packed overnight oats before you go to sleep and have them ready to eat after your morning workout the next day.

Yield: 2 servings | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 6 to 12 hours

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
  • 1 (11 FL OZ) Carton Muscle Milk Pro Advanced Nutrition Slammin’ Strawberry Protein Shake
  • 1 cup assorted fresh fruit for serving

Directions

  1. Place oats in a medium bowl. Pour Muscle Milk on top, fully submerging the oats. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
  2. Transfer to serving bowls and top with fresh fruit.
